We advise choosing International Tracked Service for any orders over £20 as this is the maximum compensation you can receive in case of a lost parcel with Standard Service.

Lost / Stolen / Damaged parcels

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel.

By purchasing with For Dog Lovers you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, please let us know and we will assist in our best capabilities to make a claim as soon as possible. Please be advised that those claims take up to 28 days and we are unable to offer a replacement or refund until the claim is not closed.

Please note: For Dog Lovers will not be handling additional taxes, import duties, customs charges etc that may occur when shipping outside of the UK - these, should they arise, are to be paid by the customer.

Some items that are available in our store might be prohibited imports to your country and therefore will be caught by customs and destroyed, along with any other items you have ordered. It is your responsibility to check what items are restricted to import in to your country prior to order. No responsibility or compensation will be provided to items destroyed by customs in the event they are destroyed due to being prohibited.

We really hope you love every For Dog Lovers item you purchase! However, if you do need to make a return you're welcome to do so. We have a 60 day returns policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item/s to request a return. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges 

Please note due to a scheduled warehouse maintenance from January 3rd until January 19th all exchanges received after January 2nd will be processed between January 20th and January 21st.

We know online shopping can be stressful sometimes and we want to make this experience as smooth as possible for You. Hence, we are happy to extend a courtesy re delivery for an item/s you would like to exchange. Simply follow the instructions above for returns and choose reason for return 'Other'. Add in the optional note exchange & the new size you require.

Once we receive your return we will send the exchange and we will notify you this has been done via email. Please ensure you have provided information for the new size you would like to receive via note left with the returns form or via email.

Returns on exchanged items are not possible.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
