Delivery terms & conditions

If your order contains items that are both In Stock and Made to Order/Out of Stock, all items will be shipped together once the entire order is available. If you would like to receive the In Stock items sooner, please ensure you place a separate order for those items alone.

Royal Mail UK 24 Tracked

Must be ordered before 10am Monday - Friday.

Orders placed on Friday after 10am, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and arrive on the following working day. 

Please be advised that Express Deliveries still include our 24 to 48 hours processing time. Those deliveries are prioritized and dispatched faster where possible.

Europe/International Delivery

  • Processing times 24 to 48 hours.
  • Europe Standard (UNTRACKED) £5.65 -£12.70 (Based on weight)
  • Europe Tracked £9.95-£14.95 (Based on weight)
  • International Standard (Rest Of World) - £7.90-£21.30 (Based on weight)
  • International Tracked (Rest Of World) - £12.30-£23.45 (Based on weight)

Royal Mail aims to deliver items sent with Tracked Service to Europe in 3-5 working days and Rest of World in 6-7 working days.

*Please note these are only estimates and can change due to busy periods and other seasonal changes.

We advise choosing International Tracked Service for any orders over £20 as this is the maximum compensation you can receive in case of a lost parcel with Standard Service.

Lost / Stolen / Damaged parcels

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel.

By purchasing with For Dog Lovers you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, please let us know and we will assist in our best capabilities to make a claim as soon as possible. Please be advised that those claims take up to 28 days and we are unable to offer a replacement or refund until the claim is not closed.

Insurance

We kindly advise that you take time to go through the different shipping options and the insurance each one of them offers. Please note any claims made on your behalf for lost/damaged parcels will only be refunded for the amount your chosen shipping service provides

Please note: For Dog Lovers will not be handling additional taxes, import duties, customs charges etc that may occur when shipping outside of the UK - these, should they arise, are to be paid by the customer.

Some items that are available in our store might be prohibited imports to your country and therefore will be caught by customs and destroyed, along with any other items you have ordered. It is your responsibility to check what items are restricted to import in to your country prior to order. No responsibility or compensation will be provided to items destroyed by customs in the event they are destroyed due to being prohibited.
