- How do I return my order?

Simply email us at info@fordoglovers.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with full return instructions. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition.
- Do you offer free exchanges?

Yes — and we're proud to be one of the very few UK pet accessory brands to offer this. If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, simply follow the returns process and select 'Other' as your reason, adding a note with the size you require. Once we receive your return, we'll dispatch your exchange at no extra charge using our Standard Delivery Service. Free Exchange is available once per order and applies to UK orders only. If you'd prefer your exchange to arrive sooner, Next Day Delivery is available for an additional fee — just email us at info@fordoglovers.uk and we'll send you an invoice.
- What is your returns policy?

We offer a 60-day returns window from the date of purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, please contact us at info@fordoglovers.uk and our team will guide you through the returns process. Refunds are processed within 2 working days of your return arriving back to us, and may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.
- Where is my order?

Your order should arrive within the timeframe of your chosen delivery method, which you can check in your order confirmation email. You'll also receive a tracking link once your order has shipped. If the delivery window has passed and your order hasn't arrived, please get in touch at info@fordoglovers.uk.
- What happens if nobody's in when my order is delivered?

Your courier will make multiple attempts to deliver your parcel, or may leave it in a safe place. If you're shipping with Evri, you can manage your delivery preferences — including a preferred safe place or delivery day — via the Evri app or website. Royal Mail will leave a calling card with redelivery instructions. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, your parcel will be returned to us and you will be refunded.
- Can I track the status of my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you shipped with Evri, you can track your order at evri.com. Royal Mail orders can be tracked at royalmail.com.
