We really hope you love every For Dog Lovers item you purchase! However, if you do need to make a return you're welcome to do so. We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item/s to request a return. 

How do I return?

Simply follow the steps below for a quick and easy return or exchange.
  • Click the link  request a return  and enter your email to start the process
  • Follow the instructions to log into your account (you don't have to set up an account in advance)
  • Select the order you wish to return items from and choose the products
  • Once you submit the return we will notify you we have received your request and review it
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved


What items are returnable? Are there any special requirements?

Free gifts, promotional items, custom products, items on sale and exchanged items are not returnable! All items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging


Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no fees for returns
  • Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping 


Can I make an exchange?

We know online shopping can be stressful sometimes and we want to make it as smooth as possible for You. Hence we are happy to extend a courtesy re delivery for an item/s you would like to exchange.

  • Follow the instructions above for returns
  • Choose reason for return 'Other'
  • Add in the optional note 'exchange' & the new size you require
  • Once we receive your return we will send the requested exchange 
  • Please ensure you have provided information for the new size 
  • Kindly note exchange is available once per order
  • All exchanges are being dispatched with our Standard Delivery Service
  • Seasonal Sales & Flash Sales Items are not exchangeable


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment and it should appear within 7 working days.


How soon will I receive my exchange?

  • Once we receive your original item we will notify you via email
  • If the requested new size is in stock the exchange will be dispatched in 24 to 48 hours
  • If the new item is unavailable we will inform you on the expected re stock date via email
  • All exchanges are being dispatched with our Standard Delivery Service. Should you wish to receive the new size with Next Day delivery, you have the option to purchase that separately. Simply send us an email you would like to opt in for this service on your exchange and we will send you an invoice.
