COVID-19: Your delivery

Due to the current safety measures we have put in place in line with government's advice, when placing an order with us you may experience some delays with our delivery service. Our warehouse team and couriers are working around the clock to do their absolute best to get your order to you as quickly as possible in these unprecedented times, and we kindly ask that you wait an additional 2-3 working days before getting in touch with our customer service team. 

If your order contains items that are both In Stock and Made to Order/Out of Stock, all items will be shipped together once the entire order is available. If you would like to receive the In Stock items sooner, please ensure you place a separate order for those items alone.

UK Standard Delivery 

  • Processing times 24 to 48 hours.
  • Estimated Shipping will be 3-5 working days (excludes public holidays)
  • Free on orders on or over £60
  • £2.95 on orders under £60

UK Next Working Day Delivery 

This service will cost £3.55.

Must be ordered before 12pm Monday - Friday.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday and arrive on the following working day. 

Please note that Next Working Day Deliveries still include our 24 to 48 hours processing time. Those deliveries are prioritized and dispatched faster where possible.

Europe/International Delivery

  • Processing times 24 to 48 hours.
  • Europe Standard (UNTRACKED) £5.65 -£12.70 (Based on weight)
  • Europe Tracked £9.95-£14.95 (Based on weight)
  • International Standard (Rest Of World) - £7.90-£21.30 (Based on weight)
  • International Tracked (Rest Of World) - £12.30-£23.45 (Based on weight)

Royal Mail aims to deliver items sent with Standard Delivery to Europe in 3-5 working days and Rest of World in 6-7 working days.

Lost / Stolen / Damaged parcels

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel.

By purchasing with For Dog Lovers you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, you can look to make a claim with Royal Mail.

Please note: For Dog Lovers will not be handling additional taxes, import duties, customs charges etc that may occur when shipping outside of the UK - these, should they arise, are to be paid by the customer.

Some items that are available in our store might be prohibited imports to your country and therefore will be caught by customs and destroyed, along with any other items you have ordered. It is your responsibility to check what items are restricted to import in to your country prior to order. No responsibility or compensation will be provided to items destroyed by customs in the event they are destroyed due to being prohibited.
