FRONT: Comes with "I'm Chipped" reading as standard. This can be changed to your Pups Name or anything else you would like, as long as the space will fit it.
BACK: Here you can include your address (please keep address as short as possible) phone number or anything other ideas you have.
The text size is adjusted to fit but we would suggest keeping it as simple as possible, as the more text you have the smaller it will be.
Please leave Your wish for personalized Front and Back as a note to your order. Example:

Did you know it is a legal requirement to have your name & address present on some form of ID, such as a name tag, on your dog at all times when in a public place? The Control of Dogs Order 1992, states that unless these details are present, your dog can be treated as a stray and you can be fined up to £5000.
Kindly note: Due to their custom nature, tags are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders with tags may experience a slight delay while we wait to receive them, but generally still post quickly.

Lost / Stolen / Damaged parcels
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel.
By purchasing with For Dog Lovers you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, you can look to make a claim with Royal Mail.
Please note: For Dog Lovers will not be handling additional taxes, import duties, customs charges etc that may occur when shipping outside of the UK - these, should they arise, are to be paid by the customer.
Some items that are available in our store might be prohibited imports to your country and therefore will be caught by customs and destroyed, along with any other items you have ordered. It is your responsibility to check what items are restricted to import in to your country prior to order. No responsibility or compensation will be provided to items destroyed by customs in the event they are destroyed due to being prohibited.

- Returns Policy
We really hope you love every For Dog Lovers item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you're welcome to do so. We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item/s to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to return your item(s):
To start a return click the following link -https://fordoglovers.uk/a/returns and fill in the returns form. If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email that you can proceed with the shipment of the parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Package your unworn item(s) and include the packaging slip. If packaging slip is unavailable, please go to your email and print off your original order receipt that includes your order number.Send the item(s) back to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to wrong address
Non-returnable items: ID Tags, Sale Items, Exchanged Items and Gift Cards Products may not be returned.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We know online shopping can be stressful sometimes and we want to make this experience as smooth as possible for You. Hence, we are happy to extend a courtesy re delivery for an item/s you would like to exchange. Simply follow the instructions above for returns. Once we receive your return we will send the exchange and we will notify you this has been done via email. Please ensure you have provided information for the new size you would like to receive via note left with the returns form or via email.
Kindly note Exchange will be available once per order and when placed from UK.
Please be advised that exchanges are being dispatched with our Standard Delivery Service. Should you wish to receive the new item with Next Day delivery, you have the option to purchase that separately. Simply send us an email you would like to opt in for this service on your exchange and we will send you an invoice.
Kindly note exchanges on Seasonal Sales & Flash Sales items are not possible.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
