We really hope you love every For Dog Lovers item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you're welcome to do so. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to return your item(s):

  • To start a return click the following link - https://fordoglovers.uk/a/returns and fill in the returns form. If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email that you can proceed with the shipment of the parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Package your unworn item(s) and include the packaging slip. If packaging slip is unavailable, please go to your email and print off your original order receipt that includes your order number.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
  • If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to wrong address
  • Non-returnable items: ID Tags, Sale Items and Gift Cards Products may not be returned.
  • Email info@fordoglovers.uk if you have any questions about your return. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email. 
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
